[Test-Equipment] HP 3437A and 59306 HP-IB commands??

Hi all, I am trying to hook together some old HP-IB gear....I have 2
problems ....has anyone got the list of HP-IB commands for the System
Voltmeter 3437....and the spec. (and maybe a source) for the strange input
plug....it's a  bit like a BNC with 3 lugs but the centre is different too.

I could also use a list of HP-IB commands for the relay box 59306. I dont
think either of these models are on logsa site.

Many thanks for all those who replied to the Amphenol plug problem ...simply
solved by an order to Allied (with a bucket full of dollars of course !!)
P&P and incoming customs cost more than the 4 plugs.
