[Test-Equipment] Tek P6202-02 scope probe

	The P6202 is an active FET probe, designed for (as I recall) scopes with=
 50-ohm inputs. It has a bandwidth of (again, going from memory) up to=
 about 100MHz, and very low input capacitance.
