[Test-Equipment] HP 428b Probe Info

Good afternoon all,
I am looking to buy an inexpensive HP 428b clamp on ma meter.
The only ones I see in my price range never have the probe.
Would anyone on the list have an inexpensive or surplus probe,
or a scan of the probe/specs info from the manual?
Can a probe be built from something like a split or halved, ferrite toroid 
and a clothespin?
