[Test-Equipment] TEK SG-504 Generator Service Manual needed

Hello,

	I am in need of a service manual for a Tek SG-504 Leveled Sine Wave 
Generator.  

	I am unfamiliar with this unit, and it apparently needs/can use an 
"output head".  Is this required?  What does it do...and how can I 
get one.  Can I service it without one?

	Elementary questions I'm sure..but have to start somewhere...:)
