[Test-Equipment] WTB: HP 11042A/455A N T-connector, 458A N Adapter

Hello Everyone,

	Well, my earlier inquiry about these accessories for the HP-410B 
VTVM (and others) produced a few leads, but they've all reached a 
dead end.

	Am willing to pay a reasonable price for one or or both of the above 
items in working condition.  Please advise via private email.
