In the manual I have (serial numbers 1716A18811 and above), the links are
labelled 115 and 230V instead of 110 and 220V. I don't know if the
instructions
are any different for yours.
The resistors are 2R7, but shorting links can be used instead.
There are actually 5 resistors : two near the 115v indication and one near
each of the other labels. To convert to 220V you'd need to remove both
the resistors near '115v' and fit one near '230v'. If you leave the resistor
in the HI position the voltage range will then be 208-250v. If you move
that to the LO position, the range will be 190-233v.
