Synthesizer lock on all frequencies but has about a 10 KHz FM signal on most frequencies. Using a scope on the output pins of the Phase detector chip shows the expected pulses but about a ten KHz amplitude modulation on the pins. Powwersupply looks clean. Chip jhas been replaced.
