Those are frequency-calibrated versions of the 874-D20 Adjustable Stub and 
the 874-VC Variable Capacitor. The frequency calibration is merely a 
convenience, not a necessity, and the manual describes how to set either 
one to the correct value using one of the 1602-P4 terminations. I've seen 
the uncalibrated versions of the stub and cap at meets and on eBay.
