This is a bench type DMM, with good accuracy.  LCD display.
This one has the AC power option in it (six C cells was normal).

It is in very nice condition, both electrically and cosmetically.

Keithley 168 autoranging lab quality DMM

This unit is being sold for parts only.  It includes the
standard Keithley case that fits many Keithley meters.
It measures AC and DC voltage, AC and DC current,
and resistance.  This particular unit comes on, the LEDs
light up, and it looks like it should work.  However,
when a voltage is applied, nothing changes.  It would
appear that the AC power supply is working, but some
part of the metering circuitry is not functioning.
