[Test-Equipment] Wanted : secondhand spectrum analyzer

I am looking for a secondhand spectrum analyzer that covers
the frequency range up to about 15 GHz.

The instrument must be in good working condition and supplied with manuals.

If you also have a tracking generator, that is of interest.

Please contact me off list if you have such an instrument to offer to a
reasonable price.
