There is (or was) a small company that primarily makes EMC
instrumentation called ElectroMetrics that in addition to their EMC
receivers used to make one or more boxes that hook up to Tek spectrum
analyzers and provide demodulation capability.

These were designed to work with the 490 series and apparently
the 275x and 278x as well. Amoung other things they apparently had
the capability to demodulate FM-FDM-SSB signals and demux the FDM.

Also many current spectrum analyzers have built in demodulators
of various sorts ranging up to some R+S instruments that can demodulate
most current digital modulations. In general demodulation is ususally
at least an option.

But HF receivers are pretty cheap, even compared to spectrum
analyzers except perhaps the very oldest and moldiest. And they work a
lot better for any kind of serious listening
