Yes. It's called 'slope detection'. If you center the signal on the edge of  the
analyzer's pass band, it will FM demodulate, but likely fairly poorly.

You might think about taking an IF output from the 141 and running it to another
receiver as a demodulator. It works well with an AIL 707 or 757. I use a Nems
Clarke / DEI R-1037 or ACL SR-209 and the 227 MHz  IF of the analyzer. It makes a
very nice phase locked down converter (1 MHz to 18 GHz)
