I have a TS-1011/UPM-84 spectrum analyzer which I suppose came out of a DEW
line station. 1960 seems to be the vintage. It is functional and complete
with the following:
- waveguide attenuators
- waveguide adaptors
- coaxial bandpass filters
- service and op manuals
It is supposed to do 10mhz-44gig.

A picture of the unit less the accys can be seen at
http://www.fairradio.com/upm-84.html

My question is whether I should junk it for some of the interesting hardware
that I can use in my own homebrew spectrum analyzer projects, or find
someone to trade something for it. I still have nightmares about some of
the stuff I regret junking 30 years ago, hence the trepidation.

Any comments would be most welcome.
