But you are all missing the point.
There is nothing dishonest nor against EPay rules. There are boxes to check
that gives the seller an easy out when cancelling.
Error in Listing
Item no longer available for sale
Error in reserve or minimum bid
Item damaged
EBay is a SELLERS oriented market since they pay the fees. If the auctioned
is cancelled they still get the original listing fee so they dont care.
If you havent been declared a winner you CANT leave feedback.
And dont bother complaining, all you get back is a form letter.
There is no fraud or the other buzz words we like to throw around when we
are p**d off.
Roll with it and move on.
