   If the unit was indeed not available for sale, he owes you something. If he didn't 
like the price, that is fraud. Either way, contact him. If you don't like his 
response,  point out to him that you are going to sue him for fraud and ask the name 
of his local distict attorney. Tell ebay, and give him negative FB,
