[Test-Equipment] Ripoff seller warning

How does that fit the term "ripoff"?
No money or goods changed hands.

Ive been victim to that procedure several times. I cant fault a seller for
cancelling an auction on something that he will lose money on. As the
seller, EBxx gives him this legitimate out.
