[Test-Equipment] Exploding capacitors ? (wavetek 114s)

John,

Well, one side was read and the other black.
Not sure if it was technicaly epoxy, it is the
stuff like what is used to pot HV tripplers in tv's,
hard like cement.
I have cleaned it with isopropl alcohol(dry gas).
