[Test-Equipment] HP-8554B Service Manual

Does anyone have the HP-8554B service manual in a zip or pdf file?

My HP-141T/8554B/8552B has been sitting idle for two years.  It was working
fine when I packed everything up and moved a couple years ago, but
yesterday, when I finally got around to setting up my test bench again, the
display is now unstable, off frequency, with low gain.

I have two 141T systems, one with an 8555A and one with the 8554B.  I have
isolated the problem to the 8554B by swapping units, but now I need the
service manual, or at least a schematic and block diagram.
