[Test-Equipment] WTB: Heathkit IM-104 case or parts unit

For a friend, looking for a good case for a Heathkit IM-104 FETVOM.  He 
would also consider a reasonable non-working one with a decent case.  It 
seems to me that this was a kitted Weston unit but I can't recall the 
model.  One of those would also be a possibility.  Please respond 
through me.
