Hello Chris.
A 151-0364 is a D43C8 Power NPN Silicon transistor. It is in the MJE13003
family and specs are:
Collector current max=1.5A, Power 11.4watts, hfe=5, Vce (saturation)= .3v,
Ft minimum=5mhz., Bv ceo BV cbo=400v., case style is 77-03.
Deane Kidd would definitely be the one to help you further with this part.
