Recently, I've had some problems with getting items paid for from eBay sellers
and others.  Here is a tool that REALLY WORKS:

In the lower left corner is a link marked "Postal Inspectors". Click it and
follow the links for "Mail Fraud".

I did that in three cases less than a month ago and received the last of the
refunds today. It really works....  and it's free (well.. almost. You really pay
for it with a tiny part of postage on everything you mail. TANSTAAFL). And, it's
convenient also. It can all be done in a few minutes, on-line.

Don't let those thieves keep YOUR money wrongfully. This even works when eBay
wimps out.
