[Test-Equipment] Looking for HP54111D parts unit

Can anybody help ? I am looking for a 54111D parts unit. More =
specifically I am in need of an ADC board. There are two identical ones =
in each scope.

I am also looking for 5081-3024 Vertical Output Hybrid in the 172X =
series of HP scopes.
