[Test-Equipment] HP 8620C Sweeper dial scale

Earlier this year I posted a request to purchase a dial scale for the
5.9-12.4 ghz range for this instrument. Although I was unsuccessful in
obtaining the genuine HP article, Chip Angle, W6CA, was very kind to
send me a perfect actual-size photocopy. This performs admirably and,
once installed, is indistinguishable from the real article!

Recently, I was fortunate enough to find a working 0.01-2.4 ghz plugin,
but unfortunately, without the scale. So I am making the same request.
Does anyone have an extra one of the scales for sale? Or a useable paper
replica. Thanks in advance for the help.
