[Test-Equipment] Tek 475

The trace moves from left to right in a linear fashion. It 
then retraces back to the left rather fast and sits there 
while the sweep circuit resets and gets it's act all 
linearized. The blanking pulse is supposed to shut the beam 
off during the retrace and the rest period. I looks like it 
may need a tweak as it is missing the rest period.
