Greetings All,

When writing to me to request assistance with a list problem or issue, please
refrain from saying something like "I Need Help" in the 'subject field'. One
never knows if this is spam or not. Instead, state the basic issue, such as
"Assistance Needed With Subscribing" etc.

This will prevent your request from being automatically tossed out as suspected
spam. thanks.
