[Test-Equipment] Wavetek SAM

Hi guys,
        Would anyone know where I could find some information on a =
Wavetek SAM 4040. The C/N won't calibrate and I keep getting a PLL =
synthesizer unlocked error. If anyone could help it'd be much =
appreciated.
