The 2754 probably uses the exact same RAM board as the 490 series. The
battery will be slightly larger than the CR2032 size, and it'll be mounted
to the board with three pins (two positive and one negative, if I remember
correctly). It's easy to replace with a CR2032 and holder as long as you
make sure the holder doesn't short out against the adjacent board housing
when everything's been reassembled.
Resist the temptation to try to solder leads to the replacment battery. It
may appear to work OK, but the heat will probably breach the annular seal
and cause a leak.
