[Test-Equipment] Simpson Model 461 DMM Fuse

I am trying to locate some replacement fuses for use in the current circuit
in my meter. The fuse, made by Bussmann, is a Model HVW 2. It is 3/8-inch
diameter by 2 3/16-inch long and appears to have a phenolic body. I have
looked on the web and through a couple of my current catalogs but could find
no mention of this model. I tried a couple of the local electrical supply
houses with no luck. One of them suggested I try Radio Shack. Any ideas?
