[Test-Equipment] HP 4332 A

I have an HP 4332A LCR meter that is virually dead:
lights up, doesn't measure, meter pegs out on L and
R ranges with no component in test jacks.   
1) Does anyone have a schematic for these that I 
might buy a copy of?  Or service info?
2) Does anyone have an informed opinion about 
whether the thing is likely to be repairable?
