Noise figure is roughly 24dB on the 141T series.
Noise floor depends on the resolution bandwidth.  Approx. FkTB*1.1 where F
is the noise figure and B is the rbw, T=290K and k=Boltzmann's constant
1.38E-23
And that also answers the sensitivity question
