John,

You may be able to find the info you need at the LOGSA site. It is at
http://www.logsa.army.mil/etms/find_etm.cfm This site contains downloadable
tech manuals for lots of electronic and other equipment that the army has
purchased.

You may have to register. Do a search using the "TM Title search" block on
"140" or "141" or just a name such as oscilloscope and it will come back
with whatever they have in their data base. Unless it's restricted, you
should be able to download a pdf file. I've gotten complete HP manuals with
the usual HP schematics, layouts and photographs that way. The files can be
large.

I tried the P/N for the board you are after but was unsuccessful but that
only means that the part number is not in the data base and you will have
to do a search once you download the manual. The 141 and 140 oscilloscopes
are there though. Some of the manuals contain several versons of a model.

Good luck.
