[Test-Equipment] HP 8601A Sweep Generator repaired!

Hi Arthur:
I'd like to know what you found on your 8601A. I also have one. I thought
it would look good next to the 141/855x analyzer (similar knobs etc.) Plus
the frequency-crank/digit mechanism is quite cool.
I have never really look too closely at the 8601A sweeper, since I didn't
really need it (I have an 8640A gen, and a 8443A TG). Though I recall
noting the harmonics to be decent.
But I'd like to know if I can improve it.
