I purchased a Fluke 8000a and it seems to have a problem.If i measure anything the readings are not stable.Like if i measure a 100 ohm resister 1% it will go between 80 and 125 ohms.Same with a 9 volt supply it measures around 8 to 10 it won't settle down.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bill
