The VR-4b  I have covers 1kHz to 27.5 MHz so that's probably the one you
want.
The Singer UR-3 covers up to 700 kHz  and the CA-5 is a fixed frequency 500
kHz plugin for use with an external converter, etc. There are almost
certainly others.
