See http://www.aade.com/ for the "LC Meter IIB". It's the best I've seen in
many years, especially for small caps. Kind of a cheesy little plastic case,
but the meter works great, is very accurate, and is easy and fast to use.
Bonus is it accurately reads coils down to a few microhenries. The kit is
very easy to build and Neil stands behind his stuff.
