The 141T, RF and IF manuals are available at 
http://www.logsa.army.mil/etms/find_etm.cfm

Enter the model number in the TM Title Search and you should find the 
manual. Don't worry about being exact. Just 141T should get the manual 
since the title in the data base is quite long and any item in it will come 
with the search results. For example, search on spectrum analyzer will get 
you several manuals. Select the one you want to download. They are in PDF 
format.

Good luck. There's no charge since they have already been paid for by 
taxpayers.
