[Test-Equipment] Is there an electron tube (nuvistor) amplifiers for Tek 7000-series ?

There seems to be relatively new nuvistor front-end amplifiers 
in some Tektronics scopes. I use Tek 7704A scope sometimes in pulse
circuits with mostly low-level signal with short high-voltage
pulses in between. Haven't yet burned any amplifier, but I
would feel safer with nuvistor front-end than FETs. I understand
that it is difficult to build a wide-band amplifier over 200 MHz 
with nuvistors, less with normal electron tubes, but I am
willing to sacrify bandwidth for robushness.
