[Test-Equipment] Scopes

Can anyone suggest a really good scope for 500MHz dual trace with full
on screen cursors, freq readout, computer connection and printout that
would be available second hand ? An what sort of spectrum analyser
attachment/converter would be available for it.

On a similar subject can anyone point me to any good sources of details
on using a scope and SA (this is not for me but a interested
friend)electronic or printed copy books etc.
