[Test-Equipment] Manual for HP 400FL ?

Hi guys -

I located some great copies of the mil manual for the HP 410C meter, and 
successfully resurrected that most useful meter.  Next on the bench is a more 
beat-up but fairly modern (solidstate) HP 400FL  AC meter.  I've had no luck 
so far in my search for a manual, or at least the most useful bits of one.  
Anyone have a service manual, or a source?
