[Test-Equipment] Tracor 895AS

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone give me a brief overview of the 
Tracor 895AS Linear Phase Comparator?  I have
searched the web and newsgroups and turned up very little.

The application I have in mind for this instrument
is phase comparisons between my GPS locked standard,
and several quartz oscillators that I am setting up. I would
to generate phase offset data (roll chart? GPIB? voltage?)
for Allan variance analysis.
