[Test-Equipment] TEKTRONIX Universal counter/timer 7D15

Gentlemen,
For some time I have had a 7D15 counter plug in that works fine in 
measuring frequency. However I believe this plug in can do a lot more than 
straight frequency measurement.

Anyone help with a copy of the operators manual, (paper based or scanned) 
that could help me get the most out of this plug in?
