[Test-Equipment] Software IEEE488 converter

         Some years ago I remember seeing a program for  one way (talk 
only) IEEE488 communications to a printer or plotter via the 
parallel  printer port.
This was back in the days of DOS computers. I would appreciate a copy of 
this with some instructions if any of you have it. I would like to control
an instrument with a cheap notebook computer if possible.
