[Test-Equipment] HP 312A

I do not have the 312A but if he is just wanting a FSVM I have several other
HPs -3746's 3586's plus Seimens, W&G etc, some that are excellent as
receivers too.  Also pretty heavy to ship so perhaps he has found one
locally.
