[Test-Equipment] old oval power cords

Hi folks:

I received the "non-standard" oval power cords from Allied, and they are
indeed the correct cords for for older HP and Fluke gear (at least for the
ones I have).

Allied Electronics, 800-433-5700
Allied part# 626-3569  (Volex part 17952)  $7.02 ea.

The Volex 17952 is listed as "North-American-Color-Coding," and the cord
came with a big yellow Caution tag on it identifying it as a "special-use,
replacement, non-standard-polarization" power cord.

If you are looking at the oval cord connector, with the ground pin DOWN,
the hot side is the UPPER-RIGHT.  I put a black circle around the hot pin
with a marker pen.
