Lets talk Cushman for a moment:

I now have the CE-3 model and w/o any service manual or booklet. The
unit does have the 301 O'scope module and the 303 broadband Mixer.
All basic functions seem to work OK thus far but.....the digital
display begins to flash when I select frequencies on Ham VHF [220
mhz],Ham UHF [70cm] and Ham UHF 900mhz. I have no interest in any
other frequencies except those mentioned.

The deviation meter swings far left with an incoming signal and does
not fluctuate with audio/deviation. However I do see a good response
on the scope. RF out is there [bnc output] as to signal gen function
so that part works.

Someone did respond a day or so ago on this list indicating he may be
able to photocopy his CE-3 manual and send me a copy. What I'd really
like to have are some URL's that give businesses or two-way shops
that sell any accessories for this CE-3. I have a feeling I do not
have the right modules to read/display and select the aformentioned
frequencies/spectrum.
