[Test-Equipment] Help with IFR service monitor info?

Sounds like a regulator problem. As it heats up the supply voltage is
dropping. Have you checked to see that the 10Mhz Ref Out amplitude
doesn't change? That would eliminate the oven/osc.
AFAICR the gen has an autoleveler cct. One the bypass caps has probably
gone leaky , dragging down the reference voltage. Check the amplitude
pot wiper to see that the voltage is unchanging.
