Below URL should be good, I downloaded the manual a week or so ago myself -
but it doesn't work right at the moment. Apparently the Army turned off the
servers, locked up, and went home for Thanksgiving. :-) They ought to work
Monday or so...  The manual is about a 280K PDF file, as I recall. I didn't
keep a copy of it and have since deleted my Recycle Bin, otherwise I'd be
glad to email it to those in need. Sorry.
