[Test-Equipment] Looking for help with Fluke 8506A

Hi,

     Can anybody help with the following items:

I am in need of one of the hybrid analog switches that are used on the =
Attenuator section of the RMS module. The circuit references are U5-U8.

I am also in need of details of the ohms module in the are of U5. I have =
a schematic in my manual that does not match the board that I have. The =
schematic shows the amplifier U5 being driven by a dual jfet Q9.

Does anybody have a later schematic  that they could scan and email me =
the section ?

 On the assembly that I have there is just an op-amp U5. I need to =
replace the op-Amp. Any ideas on a suitable sub ?
