W7FG, Gary Gompf, runs "W7FG Vintage Manuals".  He has a printed catalog,
takes credit cards, has a long distance 800 line, etc.  He is on the web at
http://www.w7fg.com .  He has the manual for the 191 listed for $24 both in
his printed catalog and on his website.

I would recommend giving him a call.  His 800 number, fax order line, etc
are listed on his website.
