Bry,

Go to QRZ amplifier forum and perhaps eham amplifier forum to see if anyone had this problem.  I did this for my AL-82.  Enter the amp into the search.
Good luck. I am troubleshooting a LK-550NT.  Plenty of HV but the drive does not get in.  Hopefully not the 3-500 fil transformer.
